Refund Policy

To clarify the refund rules for credits (virtual digital goods) sold on this platform, the following policy is formulated:

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to credits purchased by users on this platform and refund matters arising therefrom.

2. General Principle

Credits are virtual goods delivered instantly. Once purchased, they are generally non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

Users may apply for a refund if rights cannot be delivered normally due to the following technical failures:

  • Duplicate deduction or incorrect deduction amount;
  • System failure resulting in credits not being credited.

Circumstances other than the above technical failures (including but not limited to accidental purchase, subjective changes, or used credits) are not refundable.

4. Application Time Limit & Materials

Time Limit: Apply within 14 days from the date of payment. Materials: Order number, registered email, and description of the issue (please provide screenshots/proof if available).

5. Processing & Refund Method

The platform will verify and provide feedback after receiving complete materials. If verified to be true, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the original payment path. The refund arrival time is subject to the processing of the payment institution or issuing bank.
