We offer both free and paid subscription plans. 3. User Accounts - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. - You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. - You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 4. Intellectual Property & Content - **Your Content**: You retain all rights to the images and assets you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process these assets solely for the purpose of generating your screenshots. - **Generated Content**: You own the rights to the screenshots generated using our Service, subject to your compliance with these Terms. - **Platform Rights**: The AppShow interface, templates, and AI models are owned by AppShow and protected by copyright laws. 5. Usage Restrictions You agree not to: - Use the Service for any illegal purpose. - Upload content that is infringing, obscene, or harmful. - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. - Share your account credentials with others (unless on a Team plan). 6. Credits and Subscriptions - **Credits**: Credits are used to generate screenshots. Unused credits may expire at the end of your billing cycle depending on your plan. - **Refunds**: We offer a refund for payments made within the last 7 days if no credits have been used. Please contact support for assistance. - **Cancellations**: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. 8. Limitation of Liability AppShow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. 9.
